  1. After looking at the title of this episode, my first thought was, “I’m a writing coach – I have a book – how come Kerry’s not interviewing me?” (Oh my, how these self-limiting beliefs still love to make their appearance.

My second thought which dropped in immediately was, “Don’t be jealous. Be Inspired!”.

What I’ve come to realize about myself is that I rarely resist or question my inner voice. Instead, I look for the gift.

So I put my hand on my heart and said, “I love you” to the part of me that feels left out and unimportant which immediately soothed her sadness. I was now back in the present moment with an open heart and fully alert to the experience presented before me.

My inner guidance was so right. I was truly inspired. What a great interview! I got a lovely sense of Lynda, the woman, as well as her passion, knowledge and skill for what she offers.
It was delightful hearing her share her wisdom including the morning exercises that she proposed.

As soon as the interview was over, I grabbed my journal and took heed. Before I knew it, I was leaping out of bed, sitting at my computer and writing a blog that I had been thinking about for ages but other things took over. Not today!

Thank you, Lynda. I can hardly wait to meet you which has been a long-time intention.

And once again, thank you, Kerry. You ALWAYS inspire me!
